I am a Partner at McKinsey & Company serving banking, payment players and fintechs clients in Germany and across Europe. I focus on payment, banking and identity topics across the value chain. I’m passionate about working with financial institutions to drive transformation in an increasingly digital world. My areas of expertise include: retail and corporate banking, growth transformation, technology modernization, organization design, operating models and risk management. I began my career at Commerzbank as well as Lehman Brothers, and worked as a Credit Portfolio Manager within Standard Bank’s Treasury and Capital Management team in London and Johannesburg.
