Bio

I'm a highly experienced UX content strategist and design manager. I specialise in product content, UI microcopy, content modeling and systems, and training content creators of all kinds in how to create flexible, reusable, structured content. I enjoy working with companies who have user-centered design at the heart of their work. I have experience managing teams of content and product designers at all levels, as well as running communities of practice for other content practitioners in organisations. I also teach workshops and speak at conferences around the world. Some of my past clients and employers have included ClearScore, Financial Conduct Authority, Alphagov (the pilot project for GDS), CERN, government departments, universities, non-profits and e-commerce retailers, as well as partnering with agencies.
