'Expect The Best, Prepare For The Worst'' I spent almost a decade in Armed Forces, most of it in the Special Forces, and I was lucky enough to learn leadership and teamwork skills from some of the best leaders in the world. After retirement, I had the opportunity to transfer my knowledge and apply the same combat leadership principles in Milrem Robotics, where for 3 years I was able to run sales operations in the Middle East and Southern Europe. Combat principles work no matter the environment. By co-founding Combat Ready, I am continuing my part in supporting people who are in need of leadership training. Through leading by example and living the values we breach I believe that we are able to transform and strengthen the leadership culture in the EU. We need to take ownership of our lives, we must not look for excuses, and we must stay humble and LEAD. We all need to do our part in sustaining our Freedom, this is my way.
