I have worked in a variety of different roles and sectors over the past seven years, gaining varying skills and valuable experience. I am now looking for a job in the business analysis / program management realm. I am very flexible and able to quickly learn new ways of working and adapt to new roles and responsibilities as required by the client or the team. I see challenges as opportunities to learn something new and like to create goals for myself and my colleagues in order to learn and develop myself, my skills and my team further. I value hard work but appreciate that a team who are also socially bonded will excel in the professional world making collaboration easier therefore I aim to ensure high motivation and moral where possible.
