Growing businesses by delivering amazing products for some of the best companies in technology is what I’ve done throughout my career. I’ve become known for collecting amazing people and building high-performing teams that deliver results. I’m passionate about introducing girls to STEM, correcting the early bias so they are more open to choosing careers in this field which is why I advise Scientific Adventures for Girls, an afterschool STEM program as well as Chair the Dean’s advisory board for the School of Engineering at Santa Clara University, where we focus on diversity and inclusion with the goal of increasing female enrollment in Engineering School to 50%. My focus now is taking the skills and good fortune I have developed throughout my career and paying it forward. To that end, I help Chief Product Leaders connect with each other to solve problems and accelerate growth at Product That Count. We don’t know what we don’t know. The collective wisdom of the group helps members achieve better results, quicker. I’m also a Partner at Mighty Capital, where I invest in early growth startups, primarily in the B2B SAAS industry who have amazing products that have begun to gain traction in the market.
