I have spent 20+ years developing, delivering, and assuring over £30 billion+ of schedules on many of the UK’s largest projects; they all have one thing in common, they all overrun. Enough is enough. I started measuring and analysing these and other projects to determine the root cause, my conclusion? * They're all running too hot, * opening too many work fronts, * diluting focus and creating delays. Now I’m focused on the solution, which is why I founded FlowLedger. It’s a FOAK application that adopts the principles behind just in time manufacturing and applies them to project workflows. It targets an average efficiency saving of 25%. To put this into context, if the whole construction industry joined our mission, together we could increase GDP by between 1 and 2%. Interested?
