Bio

Agile Coach | Certified Scrum Master | QA Manager I help organisations achieve their strategic goals through developing high performing teams. What feels like many years ago, as a tester I went to work to break systems and find problems. I had a great time, loved being part of a team. The buzz of releasing value to customers never diluted. Though I discovered that my passion was not in finding the problems but in making things better. This led me to opportunities in leading and managing teams. By building strong relationships and creating a fun yet safe environment where teams can tackle challenges. I facilitate team discussions and challenge when required I believe people solve problems and are the company’s greatest asset. Therefore I make people the core of what I do. I have been working in software delivery for over 15 years and have a wealth of experience from the retail, travel, telecoms, education, finance and consultancy sectors. Ultimately, helping people work well together to achieve successes is what gets me up in the mornings.
