I have led globally diverse teams at C-level, with a strong track record of building and transforming businesses, driving cultural and governance changes, and growing outstanding individuals and teams. I hold a Postgraduate Diploma in Boardroom Behaviour and Corporate Governance. I am currently co-chair of the GSC and board member of FIXprotocol.org the non-profit, industry-driven standards body at the heart of global trading. Most recently, I was GM, Banking and Capital Markets at DXC Technology from 2019 to 2021, where I led a transformation of the sales and product verticals and resolved a number of ongoing client management issues. With extensive exposure to banking clients, I now have an even deeper comprehension of the key regulatory and governance issues we face in the industry, and of the power of technology to present solutions. From 2012 to 2018, I held COO and Head of Equities roles in EMEA, and globally, for Barclays. With MiFID II on the horizon, I drove a redefinition of the strategy to focus on the core UK market. This drove improvements in secondary trading market share, and primary market rankings for UK Equities. I worked for Morgan Stanley from 2009 to 2012, where I built the Equity Delta-1 strategists team, driving growth in ETF and Delta1 market-making and automation of the trading process. My earlier career was spent at Citi, where I started as a Program Trader in 1995, becoming Global Head of Electronic Trading and Execution from 2007 to 2009.
