I am threat Intelligence specialist with extensive experience finding, classifying, and attributing threat actor activity as well as producing and communicating actionable threat intelligence for technical and executive stakeholders. I currently work within IBM Security X-Force’s Threat Intelligence Team, an external customer-facing organization responsible for providing intelligence support for all incident response engagements as well as contributing content for our premium threat intelligence service. I currently lead the threat intelligence research and publication efforts on suspected Iranian threats, as well as support collection and reporting on all other suspected nation-state and cybercriminal threat activity. I am an impactful communicator who enjoys briefing a variety of cyber security topics, most notably for a talk accepted at Black Hat USA 2021. Additionally, my passion for the role threat intelligence can play in helping prioritize and drive security operations and threat hunting has been heavily informed by my prior experience working in intelligence for the U.S. Department of Defense and leading the Threat Assessment team at MIT's Lincoln Laboratory.
