My history of success in human resources is directly related to my ability to streamline training strategies and enhancing work performance, employee morale, and HR best practices. I pride myself in my expertise developing innovative HR initiatives to restructure processes/programs and capitalize on organization growth opportunities. As an HR executive, I partner with leadership to develop employee potential and provide a market advantage for the company. The two are inseparable when moving a company forward, it’s vital to invest in talent enablement and growth. Providing strategic leadership and coaching on a national level gives me a unique perspective, which allows me to advise the company’s executives toward a more inclusive, collaborative environment that better develops our talent, which in turn fuels company growth.
