As a Support Engineer at EnterpriseDB, I get to help a variety of DBAs, sysadmins, and software engineers make sure their databases are in tip-top shape. We work around the clock to make sure deployments and migrations happen on time, downtimes and outages are resolved ASAP, and all the database tools and plumbing are nice and tight. I also get to work with a variety of technologies, with languages ranging from COBOL to Python, databases from Oracle to Hadoop, and operations tools from Docker to Chef, all to empower customers and ensure their success. It's great to be able to lean into issues with our clients and help them deliver on their deadlines and responsibilities, and I love how there's never a dull moment in my work!
