FIT Investment is the asset manager for a family office, whose core business is property investment, which consists primarily of hotels and commercial real estate. The focus is on key gateway cities in the USA (NYC, SF, LA, Seattle, Boston, Washington DC, Atlanta, etc) as well as top tier cities in Asia (Taipei, Tokyo, Hong Kong, Shanghai, Singapore, Seoul, Sydney, etc.). Given Richard's experience for the past decade in Asia, based out of Hong Kong, his current mandate includes leveraging his skills and network to look not only at traditional real estate investment, but also private equity, venture capital, hedge funds, private credit/debt, proptech, and other alternative investments. Having been the beneficiary of wonderful mentors and peers throughout his career, Richard believes in ''paying it forward'' and is happy to build up and mentor those around him, leveraging his active participation in organizations like Urban Land Institute (ULI), Hong Kong Society of Financial Analysts (HKSFA). He is also a proud Cal alum. Go Bears!
