I am a Partner at Andreessen Horowitz/a16z where I have the privilege of working with the most amazing companies across sports, media & ent, food, collectibles (digital & physical), blockchain, and social. A16Z was founded in 2009 by Marc Andreessen and Ben Horowitz and is a venture capital firm in Silicon Valley, California. We were early investors in Airbnb, Lyft, Pinterest, Coinbase, Apeel, Clubhouse and more. We back bold entrepreneurs building the future through technology. We are stage agnostic and invest in seed to late-stage tech companies, across the consumer, enterprise, bio/healthcare, crypto, and fintech spaces. a16z has nearly $16.6B in assets under management across multiple funds, including the $1.4B Bio funds, the $865M Crypto funds, and the Cultural Leadership Fund. a16z is defined by respect for the entrepreneur and the entrepreneurial company building process. Prior to a16z, I spent a little over 5 years on the investment teams at the Hewlett Foundation ($12b) & Grosvenor Capital Management ($46b). I kicked off my career at Citigroup and Bank of America.
