Originally from Kazakhstan and holding a PhD in international law from French university, Rima used to work a lot internationally. Combining experience in international organizations such as the United Nations (UN) and the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE) and teaching at the Faculty of Law of the University Lyon III, Rima had to live between Lyon (France), Geneva (Switzerland), Vienna (Austria) and Warsaw (Poland). These experiences have always been associated with the search for temporary accommodation, which is not an easy operation when you have a fixed-term contract of a few months. Thanks to these experiences and after her final installation in the region near Geneva, she decided to create a project of housing for short-term international employees and interns of international organizations in Geneva by founding in 2013 her company Primadom SA.
