I love building things. I strive to build things that grow organically and where growth comes from value. Value-driven transformation for an organization includes business, sustainability, and technology. I work as a Technology Leader helping agencies transform their business with implementing technology, architecture, and advisory for various customers. I have proven to be a trusted partner for customer executives for realizing the agency missions on various National initiatives. I have had experience in designing, leading, and executing large scale Heath Interoperability and Digital Modernization initiatives for Federal Agencies. In my current role I serve as a Chief Architect for CDC CELR (COVID 19Electronic Lab Reporting) and CDC COVID 19 Immunization Data Lake(IZDL) for the nation. I am a frequent author and speaker in various national and international venues for Healthcare Interoperability. I am passionate about shaping and building the next generation of health data surveillance/interoperability activities across the nation and the world. I also have a keen interest in overland travel and have taken expeditions nationally and internationally with my spouse.
