I am in-house legal counsel for KCi Group, who specialise in trading commodities on a global scale and are a one-stop-shop supply chain solution provider, with activities in eight strategic lines of business, including the mining of precious metals. I have over 10 years' of complex and high value litigation experience in the UK and UAE, and have also provided strategic legal advice to clients, and take the lead on negotiations and drafting of various commercial contracts within retail, manufacturing, hospitality and technology. I have also been involved in advising a number of Fintech start-ups in the UAE, which includes dealing with crypto-related legal matters (Lex Cryptographia) and I have also facilitated in the recovery of lost or stolen digital assets working with a specialist crypto recovery firm. I am a Disciplinary Panel Lawyer at England Boxing, the governing body for amateur and Olympic boxing, adjudicating charges brought against affiliate members and member clubs for alleged breaches against the Code of Conduct and governing rules.
