Key subject matter expert within Division, Region, and Globally in support of customer/sales requirements, solution development, solution delivery, marketing, and engineering. • Lead customer sales campaigns from a mission critical application perspective for every phase of the sales cycle: account planning, deep technical customer meetings, executive level meetings, proposal development & delivery, and project delivery transition. • Drive field enablement within division to train the technical organization on primary mission critical application challenges, and the integrated solutions within the “Federation” that address these challenges. • Develop and Present customer events driving the value of the EMC Federation in the applications solutions space. • Partner with Solution Integrators and Channel Partners on solution development, training, account mapping, proposal, and delivery of application solutions. • Provide continuous bi-directional feedback to the corporate SAP, Oracle and Microsoft global teams on customer requirements, solution specifications, training development, marketing requirements, and delivery requirements as they relate to our customers application challenges and “Federated” solutions being proposed. • Manage incoming customer support escalations and drive root cause analysis, often requiring cross-functional involvement with Engineering, Product Management, Program Management, and Technical Support.
