Experienced in originating, structuring, coordinating, and leading complex project finance transactions in the power and renewable energy industry across the Americas. Additional debt financing experience in other energy and infrastructure sectors, as well as transactional experience in financial advisory (M&A, equity-raising, and debt-raising). Currently managing a growing project finance team, originating new deal opportunities, leading structuring and execution of transactions, and supervising portfolio management of a growing book. Demonstrated success in cross-selling through products like project bonds and term loan B transactions, interest rate and currency hedging instruments, administrative agency services, and treasury deposits.
