I am an Internet professional with broad experience in all aspects of web pages deployment, production, analysis and optimization. With more than 20 years of experience in digital I started as a psychology student who wanted to make websites and over the years I managed to create some of the most visited websites in Croatia. Then I moved to Web Project Management and helped various hotels in Croatia to boost their website conversions by implementing advanced Google Analytics techniques.For the last 10 years I am recognized as one of the most prominent analysts in the region. My current position is a director of analytics at Pro Media Group and I am proud to be one of the few specialists in the Balkan region that uses Analytics on a daily basis in the line of work, cooperating with the world's leading experts in the field of web analytics. People say I am able to give meaningful insights from the website data first seen 5 min ago, as well as to play drums in front of 10.000 people. I am passionate about my work and always interested in how to use various gadgets and applications to boost my clients' success.Having a background in psychology, databases, website creation and analysis I am glad I found a perfect job that combines all of my digital skills into one place. My current professional focus is on advanced Google Analytics implementation using Tag Manager, Conversion optimization, A/B testing, Behavioral marketing, online-offline integration and SEO that makes websites and their offsite facilities more efficient. For the last couple of years I teach digital specialists about basic and advanced usage of Google Analytics on several courses. I am also a keynote speaker on various digital marketing conferences and meetups. Although I work in Zagreb I actually live by the sea and I can't imagine a week spent without taking a look at beautiful Croatian coastline.
