Bio

I’m the founder, president, and Head Invention Coach of Public Invention, a nonprofit that invents in the public, for the public. We grow collaborative teams that make life saving inventions possible with free and open hardware. Our community puts emerging inventors first by supporting them with a supportive network of coaches. However, I also do some organizational change through Agile Coaching, and do it through my position as Senior Advisor at Skylight Digital. I'm not much of a self-promoter, but I love public speaking, and can speak on a wide variety of subjects related to my own work in robotics to my experience managing software organizations and making them more Agile.
