Senior IT Executive with over twenty-five years of experience with an ever-increasing responsibility in Data Center, Cloud, Information Technology, and IT Security. As Vice President of Data Center and Cloud Services, my role is responsible for leading all Cloud Operations, and Data Center Operations for fifteen (15) geographically diverse data centers and cloud systems across Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Vermont, and New York. My position includes management direction, leadership, planning, coordination, service delivery, service support, and cost of operations, capital budget management, and performance of operations in each function. My specific areas of responsibility include: • Oversee six direct and 44 indirect reports including recruitment, performance management, resource allocation, and retention. • Oversee day to day operations of a 24/7 transactional environment, the implementation and maintenance of all infrastructure components and hosting of all mission-critical applications for customers in the cloud to ensure stability and maximum uptime • Develop, train, and implement the use of operational processes for customer implementation, support, emergency procedures, and troubleshooting and provide service delivery oversight and leadership. • Identification of emerging technologies to support long-term business strategies. Participate in customer acquisition and retention activities. • Collaborate with Product Development, Network Operations, and IT Engineering teams to facilitate new product delivery. • Manage external vendors, negotiate terms of contracts, liaise with legal counsel on terms and conditions As our Security Officer, I am responsible for securing our physical and digital systems, devising policies and procedures regarding areas such as business continuity planning, loss prevention, fraud prevention, and privacy. I oversee and coordinate security efforts across the company while managing the development and implementation of global security policy, standards, guidelines, and procedures, All regulatory auditing for HIPAA, SOC2, CJIS, ITAR, and PCI-DSS concerning our cloud and data center environments, prioritize security initiatives. develop emergency procedures and incident responses, investigate security breaches, internal auditing, and develop risk management assessments.
