Bio
Robin offers a wealth of legal/regulatory expertise developed over 15+ years as a senior lawyer in highly respected London law firms, inhouse secondments to large financial services firms, over 3 years with the Financial Conduct Authority and over 5 years in commercial executive and general counsel roles. A desire to demonstrate how legal and regulatory thinking can drive and support the achievement of good business objectives and change brought Robin to his more recent roles in O2/Telefonica and now the Virgin Media O2 group, where he leads all legal and regulatory aspects of the group's digital, tech, development and transformation programmes. Robin took a lead role in the £31bn merger of Telefonica UK Ltd and Virgin Media in 2021, including on FCA affairs.
