Robin Moulder-McComb, Founder and CEO of 3lbXR/3lb Games, is a successful entrepreneur, XR consultant, software engineer, audio designer and musician featured on multiple albums, EPs and game titles. Prior to founding 3lb Games, Moulder-McComb served as President of Cubicle 8-- an incubator for early stage technology companies, was CTO of WebCradle LLC. and led multiple teams as Director of Engineering at Xede Consulting Group where she focused on financial services, healthcare, life sciences and med-tech clients. Today Moulder-McComb and the 3lb team are committed to retraining and rebuilding the workforce for the 21st century; preparing workers to find long-term successful careers, and educate management, employees, and consumers in meaningful and entertaining ways.
