An expert partner in the London office of McKinsey & Company, I lead McKinsey’s Regulatory & External Affairs service line and have served both regulators and regulated clients on stakeholder, sustainability and ESG issues across a range of sectors and geographies. These include energy, resource, food and beverage, healthcare and transportation corporations in Europe, Asia and the Americas. I am often a speaker on topics regarding regulation, stakeholder management, sustainability, ESG (Environment, Social & Governance) and purpose. I have published multiple times on these subjects, including articles on ESG & business value, embedding purpose; and the book ''Connect: How companies succeed by engaging radically with society'', written with John Browne & Tommy Stadlen.
