Bio

As an advocate of data-driven decisions, I have spent most of my career ensuring organizations have the tools to leverage the zetabytes of data available today to achieve their digital transformation vision. Whether increasing operational efficiency, improving employee or customer experience, or creating new and innovative products and solutions, I believe access to and analysis of data is paramount. Ultimately, I help customers and partners obtain value from data. I do this thru leading by example, striving for operational excellence, and organizational coaching. I strive to bring my best in all aspects of my work and personal life. From obtaining two law degrees and multiple professional certifications – all while working full time, parenting my daughters and balancing personal commitments (including training for an IronMan), I believe anything is possible. I am inspired by the opportunity to improve, to grow, to get better. And it is important to me to do these things with respect, care, and concern. I have been fortunate to have some strong mentors and role models as I progressed in my career. So it’s my desire to pay it forward and help others find the same.
