Did you know that the majority of people in this world spend one-third of their lives at work? The other two-thirds are typically devoted to sleeping and spending time with family or friends. Every time I am about to undertake a new endeavour in my life, I remember this statistic because it forces me to face the question of whether or not the work that I do still reflects the person that I strive to be, the values that I possess, as well as the issues that I’m passionate about. I consider myself an educator, through and through. From being a classroom teacher to a research analyst, then spending 7+ years in public policy making, the sum of my experiences in education from both the private to public sectors, have given me a unique insight into the world of teaching and learning. I always enjoy meeting new people to discuss ideas and opportunities, so please do not hesitate to send me a message if you'd like to get in touch.
