Entrepreneur with solid background in e-commerce and retail companies, focus on Marketing, Product and Sales. Hands-on personality and a get-it-done attitude, with strong analytical and leadership skills. Highly motivated to work with innovation, technology and smart people. In 2012, I joined Daniel and Marcelo Scandian to be part of the MadeiraMadeira founding team, one of the most disruptive e-commerces startups in Brazil. Since there, I'm creating and developing areas like Marketing, Product, Sales, Marketplace, Business Intelligence and Customer Experience.
