Bio

I am an extremely blessed man who has been driven by two phrases in my life. First, my favorite quote in the Bible: ''From everyone who has been given much, much will be demanded; and from the one who has been entrusted with much, much more will be asked.'' (Luke 12:48) And the second, a phrase I developed as a Hall of Fame MIT Football wide receiver which I have found very applicable to life: ''If you are ever thrown the ball, be sure to catch it first, and then run for daylight.'' Both of these quotes describe a pursuit of excellence, a desire to do my absolute best in whatever I am part of, a very competitive spirit, and are also guidelines for me not only as a leader in business, but also with God and family, a man's most precious gift in life. I will always be a work in progress, someone who consistently seeks to learn and improve, and I desire to be a servant leader to all those that I support and who depend upon me. With my career, I have been blessed to have over twenty-seven years in the telecommunications industry with proven leadership results across strategy, planning, metrics and analysis, product management and development, workforce management, eCommerce, Retail, wireless services, omnichannel, enhanced IP services, and large-scale implementation and process improvement efforts across multiple organizations. In life, I am blessed with a precious family - a beautiful wife of 27 years (Sheila) and two amazing and talented sons (Keegan and Kaden), am an active member of my church, and very much enjoy time with family and friends. In the end, I strive to deserve the phrase, ''Well done, good and faithful servant!'' (Mathew 25:21)
