Roddy Devlin in an experienced attorney practicing in the areas of project finance and public private partnerships (P3s). His practice focuses on the structuring, financing, acquisition, construction, operation and maintenance of infrastructure assets, both domestically and overseas. Roddy has represented project sponsors, lenders, institutional investors, construction companies, and governmental municipalities in a wide variety of sectors, including transportation, energy, water, sports facilities, marine infrastructure projects and casino/resort developments. Roddy is recognized as a leading US P3 attorney by Chambers USA and Chambers Global. He has worked on many of the most significant US P3s of recent years, including the LaGuardia Airport Terminal B P3 in New York, the LAX Automated People Mover P3 in California, the I-70 P3 in Colorado and the Transform 66 (Outside the Beltway) P3 in Virginia. He is an active member of the American College of Investment Counsel (ACIC).
