I’m an outsider, a i̷d̷i̷o̷t̷ non-technical person investing in science and technology ventures at the edge of what is possible. A big game hunter constantly trying to simplify complexity. I like to back no-safety-net people and believe that the best thing a venture capitalist can do for founders is give them money and get out of their way. I’m always trying to learn by not taking notes. I shoot from the hip and (most of the time) stick to my guns.
