Romina Rosado is an experienced global media and marketing executive with a proven track record in brand, content, and audience development. She is an effective strategist with a particular ability to synthesize complex information and build and execute business plans that drive transformation. Romina combines innovation and creativity with strong financial and analytical abilities to meet diverse challenges. Currently, she is the EVP and General Manager of Hispanic Streaming at NBCUniversal Telemundo Enterprises. In this role, Romina is responsible for managing all digital businesses for Telemundo, leads cross-company efforts, and collaborates with Peacock’s leadership in the development of the service’s Latino content to effectively target and connect with this growing demographic. She led the digital content strategy for the 2022 World Cup which resulted in record streaming growth. Since joining Telemundo in 2018, Romina has been instrumental in transforming the brand into the leading digital brand within NBCUniversal and across the U.S. A ten-year veteran of NBCUniversal, she spent six years at E! News in Los Angeles running the global digital content business and transforming the brand into the leading entertainment news brand. Earlier in her career, Romina advised blue-chip companies, governments, and international agencies across the U.S., Europe and the Middle East on global media and marketing campaigns. Romina is a frequent contributor and spokesperson on consumer and media trends, and a charismatic leader with experience in leading large cross-functional teams to drive results. She is a board member of Teach for America, Miami-Dade and an advisor to Grate Media. Romina earned a Licenciatura in Communications Science from Antonio de Nebrija University and is fluent in German, Spanish, and English, speaks French and is learning Arabic.
