Ron's practice focuses on the finance and development of energy and infrastructure projects. He has experience with a wide array of projects, including power generation facilities, renewable projects (wind, solar, compressed air, storage and biomass), transmission facilities (including submerged transmission lines), utility districts, chemical and petrochemical facilities, terminals, transportation projects, hospitality projects, social infrastructure projects, sports and entertainment venues, water management facilities and a variety of other infrastructure assets. Ron represents lenders, sponsors, utilities (regulated and unregulated), private funds and governmental entities in connection withal phase of the life cycle of such projects.
