I am a Managing Director at PayGility Advisors, a consultancy focused on the payments, banking, and fintech industries. Previously, I was head of the internal analyst team advising business operating units at Jack Henry & Associates. This covered industry research, market research and fintech partnership evaluations. Earlier, I was the payments industry leader at Market Innovations where I advised clients in strategy, marketing and operational areas and I ran the debit advisory service at Mercator Advisory Group where I provided leading 'pay now' payments industry research and consulting services. Prior to these roles I head senior manager roles at JPMorgan Chase and Mastercard. I provide thought leadership among my banking and payments industry colleagues through NYPAY, a senior executive networking organization of 2500+ members I founded in 2006. I am also on the Advisory Board at ChannelNet. My work experience has covered most aspects of the banking, payments and fintech industry including product innovation, marketing, new account acquisition, product management, and business development. My specialties include product and services innovation (including research and development), market and competitive analysis, strategy and planning, product management, profit maximization, business management. My product experience include credit cards, debit cards, prepaid cards, digital banking, lending, P2P payments, money transfer products.
