As a working parent, with a baby born at the start of the pandemic and a 7-year-old at home occasionally being homeschooled, I learned how to juggle like the best of them over the past 3 years. A veteran of the tech recruitment industry having joined in 2002, my specialty since 2015 has been cyber security recruitment. At the start of 2021, I took the leap to join the start-up Honeypot Digital as a director (Startup in a middle of a pandemic - timing is everything, no?!) Over the past two decades, I’ve helped hundreds of people to get their foot on the next rung of the ladder. That’s partly why I signed up for a role as Head of Industry Mentoring with CAPSLOCK too! Giving back is important to me and I love the pay-it-forward mentality. Honest, open, and not afraid to ask difficult questions, I concentrate on building strong relationships with clients and candidates to make sure I provide them with the best service possible. I also pride myself on being easy to work with, and having some fun along the way - Life is too short to not be doing a job that you love!
