Over eighteen years of experience in the real asset investment sector, of which the last decade in Asia-Pacific. Responsible for the strategic development of GRESB, the global ESG benchmark for assets, providing financial markets with actionable insights, ESG data and benchmarks. Currently based in Sydney. Previously worked in the Netherlands, Hong Kong, and Singapore. As Head of Research & Investment Consulting at JLL, responsible for the Dutch research program as well a for advising investors, fund managers, and developers on market feasibility, financial performance, sustainability, and risk management issues. Prior to joining JLL, responsible for portfolio strategy and research at KFN, a Dutch real estate fund manager. Obtained Master of Science degrees in Real Estate Management & Planning and in Real Estate Investments.
