Heading the capital markets and investors relations functions in ESR Group (3rd largest listed global real estate REIM) and reporting to the co-founders. Since August 2022, also hold the position of Executive Director & Responsible Officer for ESR Hong Kong Asset Management Limited, the asset management arm based in Hong Kong. Leading the Group’s strategic investments through public market equity transactions and head the Hong Kong region acquisitions. Well-established network and strategic relationships with key international institutional investors across public and private markets. Over 15 years of real estate industry experience across different asset classes (residential, commercial, logistics, new economy assets), and investment banking experience in public and private sectors.
