I’m passionate about gamified commerce ... the convergence of e-commerce with gaming and AI. I have long been working in these fields and I'm excited to see the intersection of these areas will shape the future of commerce. That's why I like the ideas of the Metaverse/Web3. Besides building decentralized trust systems with NFT, the metaverse is catapulting gaming out of the corner of pure entertainment and converging gaming UX with other domains. We should all be prepared that the transformation of the customer experience in the metaverse will be much more disruptive than expected. With three decades at the cutting edge of commercially successful innovation in eCommerce AI and behavioral insight, some call me a thought leader. Personally, I do not know. It's more the activity that keeps me going .... As a founder, regular keynote speaker and published author. But I do know that Albert Einstein was right. Creativity is intelligence having fun.
