I have had a comprehensive engagement in digital finance services and telecommunications involving idea management, strategy, innovation and product development. I have worked the gamut of telecommunication companies: Telkom Kenya, Ericsson Kenya and Safaricom. Having transitioned to the financial industry, my wish is to combine my knowledge and experience towards digital transformation, innovation and product development. Currently serving as the Head of Digital Banking Experience at Co-operative Bank of Kenya, my role is to drive the Bank's overall digital banking strategy supporting all of the Bank's customer segments.
