I am a corporate and securities lawyer with more than thirty years of legal experience as both a federal securities regulator and private sector litigator and financing legal counselor, before joining the Florida Office of Financial Regulation. OFR looks forward to receiving your constructive feedback to ensure that: we are properly regulating the financial services industry; we are positively contributing to Florida's job creation and business expansion needs, and that we are zealously pursuing with our criminal and civil powers those lawbreakers who abuse our citizens' financial interests.
