As Director of Consulting Services, Ryan is a data specialist in people and operations analytics who supports owners, occupiers, and investors across the Transwestern platform nationwide. He is responsible for creating and administering data models to drive site selection, location intelligence, and business intelligence support. Ryan works with clients to unpack their most pressing concerns and uncover the factors that influence the success of daily operations, as well as their near and long-term strategy and goals. CAREER HIGHLIGHTS Ryan specializes in GIS (geospatial information systems), and geographically driven statistical analysis, and has dedicated his career to developing multivariate location optimization models based on labor availability, demographics, and sustainability. Through spatial, and predictive analytics, Ryan augments data visualization with deep dive statistical analysis to create more robust decision support for clients. Past work with firms such as Allstate, Amazon, Electronic Arts, Keurig Dr Pepper, TIAA, and United Healthcare Group. His depth of experience crosses multiple industry sectors including technology, healthcare, and manufacturing across all major regions of North America and Europe. Prior to Transwestern, Ryan worked for EMSI as a Location Economics Analyst, and JLL as GIS Analyst.
