As Founder & CEO of Storytelling Movement, I serve institutional leadership, course creators, and faculty in course design, delivery, and dialogue. ✅ Designing systems for professional communication development. (Cognitive, How we think) ✅ Delivering powerful learning and behavioral outcomes. (Psychomotor, What we do) ✅ Dialoguing in cohort-based courses and community-powered environments for lasting change. (Affective, How we feel) As an Associate Professor of Practice at UTSA, I help students develop principle-centered communication outcomes, knowledge, skills, and abilities for a lifetime of success. ✅ Over 20k presentations improved for over 10k students. ✅ Over 10k hours of instructional development training completed. ✅ Over 20 unique university communication courses developed and delivered. I graduated from Texas State University with a certificate in Corporate Communication Training and Development and a Master’s degree in Instructional Communication and Organizational Development.
