I help companies grow by enabling people to reach their full potential! Through my passion for personal and organisational development, coaching, and mentoring, I enable and empower people to become the best version of themselves. As a result, companies see increased productivity and the business achieves their goals and targets. After starting my career in Sales and Customer Service management, I found my purpose in Learning and Development. I’ve build, led and grown enablement teams in different industries in companies at various stages of their development and growth, reducing Time to Ramp and increasing Productivity per Rep. I believe that people are a company’s most important asset and that investing in people always pays off! Outside of my L&D work, I am a motivational speaker on the topics of resilience, mindset and goal setting based on my personal experience of learning to walk and live independently again after becoming paralysed down my left side.
