Flat6Labs is the leading Accelerator and early stage VC in the MENA region with a portfolio of over 230 Startups, The Bahrain division will support and invest in more than 40 local and international startups and entrepreneurs over the next three years, our aim is to foster a dynamic and sustainable entrepreneurship environment and investment vehicle, support job creation, alleviate the pressure of the public sector and help position Bahrain as an innovation leader in the Arabian Gulf region and MENA at large. My current role involves scouting Startups in the region and across the globe, creating strategic partnerships and consolidating our regional and international network of VC's for follow on funding. Successfully launched a project called Dragon City Bahrain in 2015 which was the largest retail project in Bahrain with 787 outlets and the first project to launch as part of the master project know as ''Diyar Al Muharraq''. Played the lead role in the marketing department, hiring staff, creating our one year marketing strategy, negotiating contracts and creating our whole media plan and budget forecasts through all stages ( pre-launch, launch, post launch) . Possess in depth experience with both analytics and social media. Well versed in the local industry from years of working with the leading companies and have managed major events such as renting out the whole of the Bahrain International Circuit while working with Zain. I have both client and agency side experience working with graphics designers, production companies and media bookers.
