Mr. Noshadha is a chartered transcontinental arbitrator, arbitrator, and permanent representative of the American International Commercial Arbitration, arbitrator at the London Court of International Arbitration, Arbitrator at the BANI Arbitration Centre (Indonesia), Arbitrator for the Vakeel International Arbitration and Mediation Center (India) and also experienced arbitrator and representative of parties in different International Commercial, Investment and Sport Arbitrations which gives Mr. Noshadha an unprecedented insight into the proceedings of arbitration institutions of foreign jurisdictions.
