Technical Advisor and experienced leader with firm commitment to bring highest technical aptitude and professional engineering skills to engineers, scientists and enterprises. With a wide horizontal knowledge of multiple applications and products in Aerospace & Defense, Automotive, Semiconductor and Academic Research, my focus areas include RF Test & Measurement, EW, SIGNIT, Radar Applications, MMIC Test, Satellite, Navigation and Software Defined Radio. I have worked on multiple projects including Direction Finding, Real-Time Channelizer, RF Component Automated Test, Wide Spectral Monitoring, R&P, Radar Simulation and Channel Sounding. Seen as an Industrial technical consultant, helping accelerate discovery of solutions for design V&V , prototyping and deployment, and define proficiency plans and account support strategies. A highly adaptive individual with excellent interpersonal skills and experience in team coaching. I have worked with fresh engineers on developing and pitching innovative and entrepreneurial solutions, and challenged their problem solving skills. Led projects to enhance internal processes and tools which empowered cross-regional team collaboration. I am passionate about learning new skills and evolving from challenges.
