What a time to be working in Financial Services, never has there been a more exciting opportunity to be an agent for change in this sector. I've worked in the Fintech for longer than I'd care to let on, from pure technology to the board, my passion and focus on harnessing the power of tech to benefit the end consumer has never wavered. It's fair to say that consumers are suffering an engagement crisis when it comes to their finances. It worries me that unless businesses and policy makers pick up the reins, we're going to be a nation that can't afford to grow old gracefully.
