Recruiting and building a high performing team across production, music, fitness and the global super star trainer team. New business opportunities, supporting the investment process and company strategy are core tenets of his role. Sammi co-leads the B2B platform and service business unit focusing on corporate wellbeing solutions, global partnerships, content licencing and development of the Fiit studio vision. He acts as a consultant to major businesses who want to implement a wellbeing strategy around the Fiit for Work service. Sammi has studied and lived around the world, he has operated businesses internationally and has 20 years of experience building high performing teams in real estate, entertainment and fitness technology. Sammi is a strategic thinker with an ambitious and optimistic mentality. Whether he is building a team, leading a project or competing in an endurance triathlon, Sammi believes that maintaining good physical and mental health is essential for success.
