Samuel has been a writer in the digital space for over 12 years. For half of that time, he has honed his skills as a modern day Cyrano de Bergerac by teaching robots and virtual assistants how to converse more effectively with humans. Thanks to his experience in this field, Samuel developed France's very first UX conversational writing course. Today, he is a university lecturer, disability advocate, mentor, and senior UX writer at Spotify, where he continues to push the boundaries of digital communication towards ever more inclusive and accessible experiences.
