Samuel currently leads the digital transformation in the Land Transport Authority’s infrastructure development projects. He is dedicated in driving digital transformation and innovation within the Infrastructure industry. He envisages and believes in a near future where a connected digitalised engineering eco-system will exist to address multiple stakeholders’ requirements; adhering to information management principles to improve information coordination, enable data mining and analysis capabilities and resource for knowledge and information management. Samuel is delighted to be a part of this exciting future. Samuel is a system thinker and a strategist, possess experience in driving transformation and change management within an organisation. He is an Agile project management practitioner and a trained facilitator. Samuel is certified in the following area of expertise: - BIM Management, - Professional Risk Manager (CPRM), - Neuro Linguistic Programming Practitioner (by ABNLP) and NLP Coach - Hypnotherapist (by ABH); and am currently being certified as a Project Management Professional (PMP). In his previous secondment to a high profile, bi-lateral KL-SG HSR Project, he was responsible in strategising, developing and managing the following portfolios: 1) Corporate, Project & Fraud Risk Management (methodology, framework, process, governance and mitigation plans); 2) Knowledge Management (methodology, framework, process and system solution); and 3) Building Information Modelling/Management (BIM) (Project BIM requirement , Project Information Management and Common Data Environment System solution specifications) Samuel gained his experience and honed his skills in the private sector (both SME and MNC) for 14 years before joining the Civil Service in 2014. He is an accomplished professional with vast experience in risk management, international business development, sales and product marketing. He is technologically savvy and constantly scans the horizon for emerging technology and disruptors.
