A life-long aviation professional with 35+ years in flight operational support across different aviation company profiles, areas of operations, climates and cultures, in all areas of flight- and ground operations. Fully focused on airline fuel & operational efficiency since 2007, initially with IATA as a core FEGA Green Team member and later working for airlines in full-time efficiency management roles. I've learnt what works, and what doesn't work in fuel & operational efficiency.
